MBA Business Administration (Human Resource Management)

This course focuses on problem-solving and the link between theory and real-world challenges. You’ll visit local companies and hear from business experts in our guest lecture series. Plus, to help you find the career you want, you’ll have access to our employability service.

As a Human Resource (HR) Management student, you’ll choose from modules on international HR and organisation development. You’ll also write a dissertation based on your interests and career goals. 

We have a range of other MBAs for you to choose from including everything from Finance and Supply Chain Management to Marketing and Enterprise and Innovation.

Thanks to our partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), you’ll graduate with a Level 7 Extended Diploma in Management and Leadership. And, while you’re studying with us, you’ll be an Affiliate Member of the CMI with access to their resources.

This course mixes classroom teaching with your own research. You’ll write a dissertation on a topic you choose, based on your interests and career goals.

Teaching methods include: lectures, seminars, class discussions, case studies, group work, presentations and applied study. You’ll be marked on your dissertation, assignments and some exams.
