Master of Science in Educational Leadership (MSEL)

​The Master of Science in Educational Leadership (MSEL) program at Christian Brothers University (CBU) is designed for experienced educators aiming to transition into leadership roles within educational settings. The program prepares graduates for positions such as principal, assistant principal, supervisor, or facilitator. Through a curriculum that includes leadership practica, internships, and a capstone project, students gain practical experience in school leadership, management, supervision, and teacher development. The MSEL program is approved by the Tennessee Department of Education and accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), ensuring that graduates are well-equipped to meet the demands of educational leadership positions. ​
