BSc (Hons) International Tourism and Hospitality Management (Top Up)

You can top-up your tourism foundation degree or HND to a full honours with this course. You’ll combine academic theory with practical skills, learning about things like ‘Gastronomy’, ‘Leadership and Management for the Hospitality Industry’, ‘Service Quality’ and ‘Digital Technologies in the Visitor Economy’.
